We mailed the I-751 to VSC on 08/15/08, they cashed the check on 08/20/08. The NOA1 says receipt date 08/19/08 and notice date 08/20/08. Hopefully they are moving faster and the NOA2 is arriving shortly.

Good luck

Hi Mnd,

Since you filed in Vermont for the I-751, feel free to add your info to the following updated VSC list, so that you can see how fast they are moving there, in comparison to other cases:

Hi Cutenurse300,

I hope too, that Vermont approves its cases quickly. That doesn't seem fair at all, that California is getting approved in 4 months, versus Vermont in 11 months. What's the deal with the backlog? Who knows, maybe they'll go quickly, after coming back from their summer vacation.

Good luck on your immigration journey too.

Ant (Fingers crossed too, stuck at Vermont)
