i try to get NBI clearance today because i was told that i dont need to send police certificate because i was never out of the country in my whole life and ive been living the same address in my whole life and people told me that i will be good if im sending NBI clearance only but the problem is i try to get it today but my name is on HIT so they have to verify my name in Manila and it will be 10 working days....the last i get NBI clearance no problem at all but was 2004....i am so depressed to wait 10 working days because i am ready to send the Ds230 to the NVC.............. :crying:

Hello, i just want to ask regarding the sending a copy of passport to NVC as one of DS-230 requirements, is it neccessary to use my maiden name for awhile instead of my married name? I haven't renew my passport yet because im pregnant and my due will be next month (sept). I just want to make things sure first before sending all my ds-230 docs. Dont be depressed, verything is going to be okay.

Hello honeyleen i dont have a lot of idea about it because i was sending mine as my married family name but i would suggest that used your new married name because youre filling CR1..
