IV-15 checklist from packet 3

Nigel got packet 3 and sent everything in except for the IV-15 document checklist because he doesn't yet have his police report or medical results. But from what I've understood from everyone else on here he can just check those things off knowing he's in the process of getting them because they won't schedule his interview until they have that list. Is that right? Or does he really have to wait until he has everything in hand before he sends the checklist in? The police report will take another 40 days so I don't think we should wait knowing that the interview will be scheduled further out than that anyway.

If you're 110% sure that you can get the docs required in time, I'd send it in with the return of P3.

I guess in theory, you're not supposed to return it (or p3) until you've got all docs to hand, but Im not tottally certain about it..

I sent mine off with p3...and will be getting the docs I need, tomorrow.

I did the same as Richi. I sent mine in when I completed the forms. I made comments on the checklist stating when I had ordered the Police Certificate and copy of previous marriage certificate. I also told them when I was available for the Interview, because I spend most of my time working abroad.
