hello there. i made the payment for delbros for document verification last fri. aug.22 2008. i texted them regarding my husband information and case no. etc. etc.

delbros texted me

1. delbros has successfully received the information you sent! we will send you a text confirmation after we verify you payment. Thank you.

i texted them back if they already confirmed my payment. then delbros texted me again

2. your text message pertains to an inquiry. please direct your inquiry to this no. 0917 622 1949

3. then the last message was This is to acknowlegde the deposit you made. We confirm your payment to the document verification as required by the US embassy Thank YOU.

so it seems it already confirmed. what is the next step should i do anyone please advise me thank you in advance.

TEXT THEM AGAIN AFTER A WEEK OF PAYMENT....TO KNOW THE STATUS OF YOUR DV

I paid for my DV Aug.21, 2008 i texted DELBROS & received also this confirmation messages. as of this week i texted them asking for the status of my DV request I even email to their website but, i got no replies...

just keep on trying texting them....you'll get reply for sure :thumbs:

they should text you again to fax copy of your reciept to them also after about a week. but keep bugging them to make sure they get the Dv done on time good luck

i heard to much bad comment of delbros is that true? they lied to you? pretending that they already process it but didnt?

As of my experience, after I received the acknowledgement followed by the confirmation, I also called delbros for another confirmation. There's nothing wrong if you'll check on them.

I also had my deposit slip photocopied because after the interview, they will ask for the deposit slip and keep it for their records, i guess. So better have a copy safe with you aside from the original.

The next day after my interview, I called delbros to ask if my documents were already sent for verification and they said "yes". Just a piece of advice keep calling delbros until you have your visa with you. Don't inquire through text because they only reply with your 1st 2 text inquiries, the rest will only waste you money. Its better if you call them.

delbros inquiry texted me just now and this is what it sayz: when was your date of interview? are you using the tracking number indicated on the delbros official receipt? guyz how can i get the tracking num? and how can i get it? all i did is went to the bank and deposit the money to delbros account am i missing something here? please advise me. thank you

Several days ago, I saw somewhere of an actual contact number and name of a person to speak to. For the life of me, I am unable to remember the website that had this. I am currently checking the DELBROS website if that was where I saw it...

im confused here where can i get the tracking no. to track the documents if it send to nso to verify it?

Text them to follow up if they already send your documents to NSO normally it will takes three working days or call them i went to debros main office in port area manila last tuesday and i talked to one stuff name abby and she confirmed that my document is forwarded to NSO in two days after i paid my DV so dont worry about your documents they do thier job excellent.

your tracking number is your case number You can only have it AFTER your interview and you will pay delbros for visa delivery. you going to track them and give your case/tracking number

when they will deliver your visa via text.

thanks for the info. delbros texted me yesterday and they said the usem didnt forward my documents to delbros. i made the payment last fri. ill txt them again on mon. are they open sat?

Hi sis! how's ur DV now? i paid aug.21 1 day ahead of you, i txted DELbros just this morning & just like you, they told me that my DV form was not yet forwarded to them by the US embassy... baka by batch ang pag forward nila & baka magkasama pa DV request natin.
