Hey all,

I have researched on threads in VJ regarding this but would like a confirmation especially from those who have completed this form recently. By the way, lots of threads were regarding K-1.

Ques. 10:

- I need to put my wife's name here. Correct?

- The example form is for K-1 and has "(filing now with I-129f petition)". Instead, what would one mention for K-3? Is "(I-129F PETITION FOR K-3 VISA)" OK?

Ques. 11:

- I have read that one can easily put "Do Not Intend" for K visas. However, its a bit negative and I do not want to risk it. One of the person tried putting "I intend to support my wife with everything I have for the rest of my life." and he was OK.

Should a combination of "Intend" and "I intend to support my wife for the rest of my life. (K-3 Petition for Permanent Residence)" be OK?

Please let me know.

Thanks.

AS
