if you are on the NVC level.. is it required to submit the 3 years income tax return of the petitioner?

we only have 2005 & 2007.. although we have W2 in the past previous years...

You are only required to submit the current year's tax returns. You can submit the last three years if you think it strengthens your I-864 packet. Most of the members send the last three years as a precaution, but it's not required.

Order tax transcripts instead, then you don't have to send them W2s. You can order the previous 3 years from the IRS fairly easily for FREE. Check this page out for more information:
