Wait till the baby is born. Each baby looks unique (at least to the parents) and they have a personality right from the get go. The name should fit both. Of course, having favourite names to pick from is a great idea. I like traditional names personally, but some of the modern names are good too. So long as the name doesn't cause acute embaressment to the child but even then, names can be changed.
