Hello!

I (k3) and my husband (USC) have green card interview in July.

My husband is unemployed because his plant shut down in March and we are not sure if he'll be bale to find job by July....so we won't have employment letter and pay stubs for the interview.

We'll get a co-sponsor.

Do you think it might be a problem at the interview since my husband (sponsor) is unemployed?

Thank you

I don't believe that's a problem as long as you have a co-sponsor. By the way are you working or not? If none of you are working then you might be asked how or when you expect to work but I am not sure. Technically having the co-sponsor meets the criteria for sponsorship. Good luck
