Hello all. My fiancee wants to use the same tradition as on the Philippines and change her current last name to her middle name and take my last name after we marry in the USA. Will this cause any problems with her paper work for AOS, ect? Thanks for any advice.

It is okay to follow the same style in the Philippines. In the forms she will also write her maiden name.

02/23/2011- I called USCIS and I was told new schedule in the computer for March 22

04.22.08 : NOA1

05.14.08 : NOA2 both for I 130 and I 129F

06.26.08 : medical exam 2nd day PASSED!!

07.09.08 : interview day! PASSED! PINK SLIP!

07.15.08 : visa on hand!!!

08.01.08 : POE SFO (home with my papi!)
