Should we submit the front page of passport with REVOKED stamp

I have a question regarding with my husband's passport.

Once he file a I-I30.. Does he need to include a photocopy of his passport? Pushbrk says that no need to submit the passport because IF the petitioner has his birth certificate to prove that he is a US Citizen, then its ok..

My question is, MY husband's passport has a REVOKED stamp on the first page of it bcoz of his back child support.

Now that he is almost done in paying.

1) What passport should he submit? THE NEW PASSPORT or THE OLD REVOKED PASSPORT? Since the USCIS wants to see the evidence that my husband has been here in the Phils to marry me and they want to see the proof that there are Phil. Immigration stamp on it, right?

2) Should my husband submit the page where the immigration stamp has OR should we include All the pages of his revoked passport?

I hope you can give us some idea... Honestly, i'm getting tired of this question... but i need an answer... Thankfully, i got a very busy job at call center.... whew relief! But it disturbs my nerves.... Kaloka.

Only one proof of citizenship is required... If that is accomplished via birth certificate then you are good to go without the passport...

FWIW, Why do you think the USCIS will care about a revoked US passport? Do you think they will care? Do you somehow think this will hurt you?

Someone told me that USCIS needs the evidence that the PETITIONER has been to the country of his FIANCE or SPOUSE... and that is the stamp in the passport. RIGHT?

Obviously you think that by including a revoked passport is a problem? Yes or no?

If you did not think it was a problem you would follow the directions and include all pages of his passport...

Personally I do not think you need to show the entry exit stamps because you are NOT a fiance(e) but a spouse...

Here it says....

3. Copy of the Birth certificate for the US Citizen (front and back) or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport. This is used to establish citizenship. You may use a copy of your naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship issued by USCIS.

for citizenship proof it is one OR the other...

but what you are speaking to is proof of meeting (which in NOT needed for a spousal but a fiance(e) visa petition)

ok Sir.. its getting clearer for me but im just afraid coz they might ask for my husbands's original passport which is the revoked. I know its crazy if we will submit that coz thats the chance that we might be denied.. ( oh my... no ). Im just concern about submitting the evidences because the passport is one of the powerful proof that my husband has been here..

By the way, do you know Tiscali? Its not about Visa or what.. but because i am working in Tiscali here in Manila.. I am not really familiar with British accent so help me GOD. hehe I know i can make it.

Presenting evidence from a a revoked passport is not going to get your petition denied... The reason for the revocation has nothing to do with wether he visited you or not... It is because he did not take care of some responsibilities here at home... which is not any of the USCIS's concern.

Married folks don't need to prove they've met. Their marriage certificate takes care of that.

The passport copy isn't needed but providing it won't hurt either.

You've focused on the wrong problem. If you are going to have a problem obtaining the visa it will be because of the public charge issue. Your husband will need to show evidence he can support you when he submits the I-864 after petition approval.

we are going to start to file I-I30 next month... Even my husband has his debt in Child Support, i just want the papers to be already file so that its processsing while my husband is paying with CS. And also, he has birth certificate - that is what we are going to submit and not the passport.

MAY GOD bless my visa journey with my husband.......
