Do DS-3032 and AOS bill get generated at the same time?

The website showed AOS bill as invoiced so I went ahead and paid it. At the same time I mailed out the DS-3032.

Except that the NVC phone system still gives the "The case number assigned..." message so it seems like they haven't even generated the DS-3032? What's going on here..

they just assigned a case # to your case...the AOS n DS-3032 has NOT been generated as of yet..even though the online system says its invoiced..but its really not invoiced per NVC..

You should be fine, AVR messages are a few days behind. By the time they are updated, they will give a date of the actual bill generation. In our experience the date of bill generation is next day after it appears online as invoiced.

I paid IV fee bill the day it appeared online, only 3 days later it appeared in AVR as being generated a day after I paid, no problem. In any case they take 2 days to process the online payment, so by the time it's processed, it is already officially generated.

Same with 3032, if you mailed a hard copy, it will take a few days to get there and get opened etc. By that time it should be generated there, since AOS billed online.

Just be careful do not send 864 before payment accepted or 230 before IV fee paid.

I have exactly the same situation and exactly the same question, I paid my bill immediately and worrying that it was premature.., and also holding off to sending DS3032, because I don't know if they are generated at the same time... :help:

K-1 visa

05 - 16 - 2007 - Sending off of my I-129F package

10 - 16 - 2007-Got NOA2 !!!!

12 - 11 - 2007 Interview date

K1 visa -APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!

January 15, 2008 -married

Submitted docs for AOS ...but ,very unfortunately, my husband had to return back to Ukraine due to emergency without travel document (AP)

Starting K3 process ......

back to the waiting game...

They are generated at exact same time, appear in AVR at the same time too. AVR will say: "3032 choice of agent form and AOS fee bill generated on August "blah" ....

Thanks for answer! So , I am going to send my DS3032 despite that AVR is still behind in updates, just based on the fact that my AOS Bill is invoiced on site, for me it's signal that DS3032 was also generated :thumbs:

I called NVC today and they said that they have received my DS-3032 and are processing it. AOS bill was paid, but AVR is still on the "The case number assigned..."

The operator basically told me that they have no idea why AVR is behind but the I-864 will be generated this week. So...if the AOS bill is up, send the 3032. Use mail, they get it into the system within 2 days (sent express on Fri, arrived Mon before noon, Tues night they're processing it and it's in their system).
