i had my shots done in the philippines last june 26 and i know i have some remaining shots to do after 2 months was that or something...do i have to do that mandatory or if i apply for AOS they would request for that...

i got confused...i thought when we apply for AOS thats when they would request for the shots..

if i need the shots right away can i just go to a doctor that i know and have him do tha shots since i also read about the civil surgeons that are recognized byt the USCIS...

thank you guy!

really appreciate it! :star:

If your vaccination history is incomplete for AOS purposes you will get an RFE... You can avoid that by getting it completed before the application is made... Your call!

The CS will determine which if any are missing... or you can try to figure it out yourself and get them done somplace else... before you vist the CS

1) Yes

2) You are not a Civil Surgeon unless you are recognized by the USCIS...

Get the shots from either your doctor or public health department.

For the local CS, look here:

https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=of...office_type=CIV

We actually visited the CS with Rin and the children's records prior to going to get the remaining vaccinations just to confirm what was needed. Our CS was very helpful, did not charge for reviewing the records (they did charge $120 for Rin's exam and $40 for transcibing the vaccination records onto the I-693 on our subsequent visit).

Best of luck!

John
