hi everyone

I am so depressed and upset with Delbros.. i paid the 650 last july 24 but when i went to NSO today i was told that they haven't got any apllication from Delbros of my case. I texted Delbros but i got no reply.. Does anyone know the Delbros address? Nanggigigil ako ang sarap nilang batukan para magtanda!

I get a hold with delbros through text and luckily I got some reply..how was your interview sis?

Did you text Delbros upon payment and got any text confirmation? If u saved the text that way you can complain and not pay again.

Yes i texted the payment info right after i paid and i got two confimation from them but unfornately i erased them..

I have the receipt to prove them i paid.. the guy at the NSO is willing to help..so all i need to do is to follow up delbros

naku Delbros is at it again... hirap talaga magrely sa kanila na they'd do their job well.

keep on bugging them. ako i didn't erase the confirmation message. up until now nasa akin pa din kahit approved na visa at waiting for it to be delivered na lang at my doorstep.

anyway, since u have the receipt, that is strong enough to prove na you're already paid.

by the way, text their hotline number.

type your case number MNL2008xxxxxx then add 01 at the end [space] When did you forward my case to NSO?

for example MNL200812345601 When did you forward my case to NSO?

its best to text them anytime between 8am-4pm. you'd definitely get a reply.

ako that's what i did when i learned about the process. tapos once they give you a date as to when they forwarded your case to NSO, call NSO and look for Richard or PJ to confirm kung natanggap nga nila on the date specified sa Delbros message.

USEM told my husband that its with Delbros already. So maghintay na lang daw ako na madeliver visa.

I texted delbros today according to them they haven't receive yet my verification request form from USEM. Payment has been made on August 08, 2008 same day i faxed the Metrobank deposit slip to usem address to Grace/Lorraine. Is the Docs. Verifications are applicable to CR1/IR1's??? since NVC was the one who actually verified/checked pertinent documents with regards of this visa types resulted to the final findings to case completed. Unlike K3 & K1's the one who did all verification & checking is the consulate for the authenticity of the marriage certificate/s and cenomar/s. I may be wrong on this but why until now there is no actions yet on my docs from usem. Hay buhay...
