the call center agent under USEM account

I called up grace this morning and checked if our case has already been encoded in their system, and she told me that its already an electronic file and I believe that its possible to set an interview appointment in this case..but when my fiance called up, that call center agent told him that Im still not qualified to have an appoinment date...and this is actually the 2nd time my fiance called...bkit naman ang unfair ng mga taga callcenter na yan..ung iba nga pwde ng mgpa schedule khit electronic file lng..msyadong mahal na ung binabayaran sa tawag...haaaay...im really trying to extend my patience khit minsan nkakapng gigil n tlaga..

hi there i totally understand what you're going through because I had the same frustration before however I think they really need the hardcopy of your file before you can make an interview appointment. give it another week. if you want you can proceed with your medical. i had my medical even if i don't have interview date yet and then a week after USEM received the hardcopy of our file i asked my fiance to set an appointment. good thing there was still slot for August so medyo napa-aga. Hi Trin, got same response from them after a 2nd call at USEM. First, our case is not yet there, 2nd call, now on electronic file. Actually I did made a 3rd call and got same response. He called the call center to take the chance of being able to set an interview but was told they don't have any record yet of our case. I was advised by one of the most helpful members here that it could have been encoded already but USEM still have to send transmittals. Though we're setting interview on October, we wanted it settled so we can make adjustments for our medical. Will try calling again tomorrow, maybe just rely on luck.LOL.

Yep same here,i called as early as 9am but got same response,but luckily i got my schedule on the same day that the USEM had received our papers..Try to be "makulit" it works for me :innocent:
