Good day VJ'ers i am ready to send the Ds230 package today but i am wondering the agent who help us in this whole process because he did not tell me what document i need to send the form i ask him if i need to send my original birth certificate and marriage certificate he said no...i dont want to get RFE...what document i need to send the DS230 form? please share your ideas.........

Hi there! of course u need to send the filled up & signed by you DS-230,original birth cert, marriage cert, NBI clearance, police certificate if you've been out of the philippines, photocopy of the data page of your passport, (2) 2x2 passport size photos...i think that would be all...goodluck! :)

hi mehere thank you for the reply because our agent who filled up the form did not tell anything about those stuff he just said send the form and the barcode that the NVC send me..so you mean i dont need to send the police certificate if i did not get out in the philippines? ive been living in the philippines all my life never get out of the country yet....thank you

your right, no need for Police Certificate, like me, i've never been out of the country ever since, baka ngayon pa lng. LOL...NBI clearance lng, we're good na, just send the upper portion & keep the loer portion w/c is the Owner's copy! ;p

thanks again mehere now it is clearer on my end now of what im going to send i am just wondering why my agent who process the papers doesnt know about this stuff that i need to send..can i have your yahoo id? i am confused in this site how to work adding people in my list anyway..hehehehe just a dumb one
