Yeah it sure was Swirls. I wonder where he got off too, he finally disappeared. He was a great guy in the beginning, very funny

It was really surreal to watch his spiral into madness....sad and weird.... :unsure: I like to think he still roams the corridors of VJ.... :thumbs::lol:

I've just spent the last few hours going through the memorable moments!! Some are soooo funny and some are just unbelievable - can't believe how mean the newbie troll was to Chicky :angry:

Hopefully many more memorable moments to come........ :P

09/20/05 NOA1 received
11/22/05 NOA2 received (65 days)
12/05/05 NVC received application! (say 2-4 week wait)
12/13/05 Found out forms were sent to London on 12/08/05!
12/20/05 Packet 3 received!
01/11/06 Medical - Knightsbridge London
01/18/06 Sent back packet 3!
02/15/06 Received packet 4!

02/13/06 INTERVIEW DATE 03/22/06 AT 10.30AM!! - APPROVED

Married July 29th 2006!!

08/17/2006 Filed for AOS and EAD
08/26/2006 NOA1 received for both (dated 08/24/06)
09/06/2006 RFE email.....not sure what for yet!
9/07/2006 Biometrics completed
10/13/2006 Transferred to CSC!!
11/02/2006 Approval email received!!
11/08/2006 Welcome to USA letter arrives!

11/13/2006 GREEN CARD RECEIVED - NO MISTAKES!!!!

06/06/08 Family moved back to UK!!

Husband gained UK citizenship September 2015

Wog was good to have around. He did get mean a bit there at the end, I recall one of his last posts being quite rude towards a certain other vj member. Hopefully he is happy back home and has found someone to cheer his life back up. Yeah it was Missouri, he was stuck out in St. Charles on a farm, which is not where you would want to move if you are used to city life.

I love my job.

i always thought he was in wisconsin or minnesota..if i knew it was missouri, i went and got him and took him to the east side.. :whistle:

Ya know....a lot of the memorable threads were wars, as is usually the case...

But people, VJ is a very compassionate and extremely caring place when we need it too. We have yelled and ranted together and been in hysterical laughter together - but we have prayed together and cried together too.

2 particular threads come to mind under that heading, one was when one of our members gave birth very pre-maturely and her baby didn't make it and another time, ironically it was the same, when another member's grand-baby was born pre-maturely (not mentioning names to avoid opening the wound again) and struggled and fought for weeks to survive before finally succumbing. We here on VJ prayed with and for these members and cried our hearts out along with them. (L)

Got a great bunch of people here who support each other, root for each other and applaud each other and send MOJO when it's needed and even slap one another upside the head when the need arises.

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
