Stupid question about DS-3032

I am trying to email my DS3032 and I have a very stupid question:

What format did you guys put Beneficiary's Full Name and Petitioner's Full Name? Was it <Last Name> <First Name> <Middle> or <First Name> <Middle> <Last Name>

I am asking if anyone has had any problems/issues with their names being in particular format.

I know this is really small details but I am just trying to make this as idiot-proof as possible for these NVC idiots...

First name is always First(1st), then Middle & Last name is always last. I hope this helps.

We did same in e-mail: First Middle Last name

worked no problem.

Put subject line: nvc case# first name middle last name date of birth

in e-mail body put RE: beneficiary name and dob, petitioner full name and dob, USCIS case# and nvc case#

Thanks Fedup and waitingforever. I used <first> <middle> <last>. I just sent an email for choice of agent. Right away (not even 2 seconds), I received auto-reply back. I hope it gets entered into the system as fast as that
