Frustrated with VSC Transfers

I'm sorry but you will not get any symphathy especially with a title like that...

You're frustrated because you've been waiting for a whooping 2 months? Our paperwork was sent on January 28th and we finally got NOA2 on August 11th.

We've all contacted senators, congressmen, VSC help lines, etc etc etc. None of that helps because USCIS has the perfect excuse in the "processing times".

Don't be mad, be thankful that you are at CSC so you may still get approved faster.

OK

..... Well I guess Not everyone; except a few relay UNDERSTOOD my posting....

..... I was or am NOT crying, nor complaining about my few moths wait so far......

..... I simply asked "WHY IS VSC SO SLOW" is that better..? And if you could "Would you pay more for a faster approval???"

..... Maybe I should have asked "Why is CSC so much faster....???" As for the title, yes your correct, I should have worded it differently however how can you change it after you press the send?? Sorry. How about "Frustrations with slow VSC..?" Why am I frustrated with VSC since I'm as CSC.. Because I care about everyone here. Maybe this would not have gone this far if I HAD been from VSC...

..... A I C said "We've all contacted senators, congressmen, VSC help lines, etc etc etc"

I am really happy that you took things in your own hands and ran with them. You made an effort to move your self ahead in this process instead of sitting on your hands. Maybe that helped someone else too and isn't that a good thing?

..... MsZ, you asked "So where you get that this has put you back 3 months (or any estimate for that matter) I don't know. But you are making up the numbers."

..... As a reference I was looking at the left side of my profile page where it had the "time line" link where you can click on and see an estimate of where your file should be finished. Of course that date changes with everyone filling out there time-lines too. So over the course of last week I saw it get farther away.. that is where I got it from. Yes I know that that date is not used by USCIS, however it's an estimate, that like your self most (not all) people look at for an end.

..... On that note.. Congratulations to MsZ for getting her approval today she was Moved to California 8/6. Acknowledged as received on 8/9. Touched 8/11, 8/12 and 8/15, 8/20, 8/25, NOA2/approved by CSC 8/26.

..... I AM happy for everyone who gets approves.. I never asked for anyone to feel sorry for me nor any sympathy .. (if you do, well then, thank you.. I will do the same for many other people here).

Lastly...

It was NEVER my intent to upset anyone with my questions.

Enough....This post needs to die tonight... Now be happy for every one who is approved...

There are ways to expedite your case however, I doubt that you fit any of the criteria. I sent my I-130 in during February this year and it is still not done, I have been waiting almost 90 days for work authorization so I can sympathize with your case but unfortunately like many other people you will just have to wait and it stinks. Perhaps you can go visit your wife or maybe she can come visit you???

I don't think a rush fee would ever be put in place because it gives people who are better off finically a better chance at being processed then just going off the order they arrived in. It usually doesn't seem like it goes in order as I've seen people who applied months after me be processed before me but it is not their fault maybe their cases were easier to process then mine etc.

At any rate it sucks but you just have to learn to wait as will your wife when she gets here and wont be able to work for a few months or leave the US for a few months.

David is approved and I dont think we need to discus this topic anymore. Good luck for all transfer cases and hope they all approved soon so that CSC can show its love again for original CSC filers.

Let it go we whom have been waiting for so long should only help those whom have not understand the process. It is hard for all of us no matter how long we have waited. We should help instead of tell those whon have waited that they have not paid there dues yet. Come on we all should support each other always.
