Case on electronic file

I just called USEM to check if our case is with them now, was told it's on electronic file now.What does this means? Can we try to schedule for an interview with this status? I have tried calling the call center using Smart (1-909-101-7878) can't get through,,tried adding like 00... same thing.

Any idea please?

do u know ur case number? if so u can call the call center but try using a land line phone pldt that's what i did but i called the operator first then gave her the number 1 909 101 7878 B)

yes, once it's on their file, you can get a schedule now..

but the USC has to do that..

cos they might not entertain you since you dnt have a letter from USEM yet..

do u know ur case number? if so u can call the call center but try using a land line phone pldt that's what i did but i called the operator first then gave her the number 1 909 101 7878 B)

When i called,they've told me the same thing but i didn't stopped from there. It was grace who answered the phone but after few hours i tried calling their call center and i got the answer that i want..Sometimes they are so confusing and very inconsistent. One will say,it's on electronic file and the other one will say it's on hand..But keep trying..Good luck

Thank you so much, past few hours now, my fiance's trying to call..taking time.LOL. confusing really,first, they havent gotten the papers yet, now on electrocin file..let's see what's next. Can't call PLDT, am from Bicol, not sure if we got PLDT lines here.

waaaaaa...was told by the call center to call back after 2 weeks, confusing really! Taht we cannot set an interview until our papers are with the embassy.huhu, my fiance' missed work today just to be able to settle this...lol. he can't be calling while at work..hay, ok lang...what do u think mga sis should we do? keep clling or just really wait. sorry for being makulit ha.

hay naku sis..ung cnabi nga sa fiance ko kanina to give it another week...mas matagal ata sau ksi 2 weeks..lol...inconsitent cla tlaga...naku..mbuti nlng at mahaba ung pcenxa ko.,lets kip in touch nlng...kung libre lng sana ung tawag, kukulitin ko tlga cla araw2...hahaha....

if u were told to call back after 2 weeks,please don't but instead try calling back after 3 days..Calling after 2 weeks is an indication that they already have your papers..Good luck

LOL. ako nga, I hurried to load my cp para makatawag sa USEM to assist my fiance' coz tagal maka contact, matagal pa naman yun target date namin for interview, we just want to be sure about it para we can adjust with our medical, u know naman our monthly visitors minsan bigla nalang sumisipot, hehe..me and my daughter kasi.
