I don't think that the TOS is an absolute standard anyway. I'm not sure why people expect it to be - the site isn't run or moderated by lawyers....

I have long advocated the institution of a board of TOS scholars. People who don't post, they just study the TOS and debate its original intent, and hear arguments from complainants.

Frankly, it would be so retarded it would be funny!
