Hillary Clinton: "I’m Hillary Clinton, and I Do Not Approve That Message"

Hillary Clinton thanked her home state supporters and preached a message of unity at the New York delegation breakfast this morning.

...

"All of you here in New York played such an instrumental role in my campaign," Clinton said. "...Now I ask each and every one of you to work as hard for Barack and Joe Biden as you worked for me."

"...We were not all on the same side as Democrats," Clinton continued. "But we are now. We are united. We are together, and we are determined. Why is this so important? Well, I don't want to live through another Republican administration."

Clinton also addressed John McCain's ad that slams Obama for having "passed over" her in favor of Biden as VP because she was too critical of him and "spoke the truth" during the Democratic primary.

"Now, I understand that the McCain campaign is running ads trying to divide us," Clinton said. "And let me state what I think of those ads: I'm Hillary Clinton, and I do not approve that message."

"Let there be no mistake about it, We're united, and we're united for change. We are, after all, Democrats, so it may take (pause) a while. (Laughter). We're not the fall in line party. We're diverse. Many voices. But make no mistake, we are united. We are united on behalf of the Democratic Party values we hold dear."

Good for her. I'm wondering if she has any regrets over some of the things she said about Obama during the Primaries? She's still got to convince a large percentage (27%) of her supporters to throw their support for the Democratic ticket.

Go Hillary! (tonight!!)

We love you, Hillary! We are your true supporters...not wannabes who are bitter and aimless. God bless, Hillary and Bill!

That's called thinking forward, Steven... In the end its about the issues... and Hillary and Barack are nearly identical in that department.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.
