I've searched and searched and have come up with several numbers that are disconnected and/or fax machines.

no direct dial numbers... you need to schedule a infopass appointment and visit in person or use the 1-800 national customer call center

why do you need to contact?

YMMV

we finally got a response for our I-751 (after many mistakes and incompetent BS on their part). unfortunately it is for an interview.

and unfortunately it's for a date we can't make.

We work together, my wife and I, 100% travel job.

for example we are in Canada at the moment. and the date they've given us, we'll be in Kansas city.

I need to reschedule and FAST. so I can book a flight home.

they want requests to be made in writing..

a: I don't get my mail regularly..since I'm not home.

b: time crunch.

(what is the 1800 number by the way..maybe I can try that route.

I hope you will be able to re-schedule. I have a question for you: we submitted our I-751 application May 28, 2007 and are now pending Houston, USCIS office, we have no idea how long time it will take. When did you applied for AOS?
