Hey everyone,

when you complete form I134, does it have to be completed in FULL or only certain parts? For examples, if my fiance or my sponsor already makes over 125% of poverty line, does he also need to fill out the rest of the form, or is that enough???

Thank you again..... I have tons of questions today :)

If income is sufficient, you may simply skip (leave blank) all questions related to assets.

So he/the sponsor would be set with just filling out that part? What about school loans payment?

Also, another question. The consulate in Italy only requires to see one year of tax returns, but my fiance was a student in college last year, so he was making some money, but not THAT much. Is that going to be a problem if his/our sponsor's current income are sufficient? Also, can the sponsor be a very good friend of both?

and... THANK YOU!

the consulate is concerned about income and not debt/expenses...

if the consulate accepts co-sponsor's I expect no issues..

The closer the relationship the better but the consulate will make the final decision....

YMMV
