can i mail 864 and ds3032

I have paid AOS fee online on friday ..status changed from "in process " to "PAID".But NVC AVR still says "All I get is that "your case no. is blah blah blah....Allow 6-8 weeks for beneficiary to receive notification...."" ...looks weird to me ...online AOS fee got invoiced ..but AVR ..still old message.

My question Can I express mail I-864 package and also DS3032 since AOS fee paid? or do i need wait still AVR changes message?

How soon i get DS230 fee invoiced?

you dont need to wait till AVR changes. As long as you can print the bar code sheet for AOS, you can send them I864.

DS230 wont be invoiced until they enter choice of agent form. You can either email (in my case email took almost 10 days) or mail them choice of agent form.

as long both your aos and ds230 is already been generated and paid yes u can mail both of the from to nvc u dont have to wait for the avr to change the message goodluck to you =)

Hi im the beneficiary and my wife is in the US i send ds3032 using EMS express mail (here in Philippines) on September 5, 2008 they said it will take 3 to 5 days to deliver in the NVC, unfortunately does not work, until now were still waiting for a response if NVC received the form..for back up i emailed ds3032 using james shortcut email format and attached a ds3032 form..how long will I wait to ds3032 entered to their system?
