Me and my ex-wife file for divorce in Feb 2008, and I met my Fiance in person couple days after the file of divorce. In california the divorce process need 6 months, during this time I have flied two time to see my fiance in China, I file my K1 in 08/13/2008 2 day after the settlement of my Divorce, does this create a problem later? Will it be too soon for me file K1 for my fiance?

You may well face some additional scrutiny but with several visits and good evidence of bona fides there's no reason not to expect success. Just in case, I'd have your fiance prepared with evidence your former spouse has a different address than you and with their SSN.

Thanks for the information, I plan to vists every 3 months until she gets her visa.

I think I have a made a mistake on providing the phone call record, my residential phone still under my ex-wife name which I provide with the I-129F. Do you think I'll just need to change it back to my name? On your reply you mention about former spouse address and SSN. Do I give those infor to my fiance, yes, my former spouse has a SSN number.

I would definitely get the phone bill in your name and avoid providing phone bills in another name. Yes, you provide evidence of your former spouse's current address different from your own and provide the SSN to your fiance. These are common requests as overcome evidence (in Guangzhou) when a visa is initially denied. Being prepared with them in advance can avoid delays. Don't just provide an address. I said evidence of her new address. This could be difficult unless she cooperates.
