How to dial correctly from CT,USA

Hi All My Vj friends,first Me and My Wife Bel,would like to thank all of you for being here and being so helpful to us,and to all others!!! My questions are this,hope someone can help!When dialing Delbros from here in the US what is the exact way to dial to reach them to find out if they have informed the embassy and to find out from them(Delbros)if they have recieved request from the embassy and where We might stand in the verification process!Also how do I from here in the US,correctly dial the number,to speak with Grace,to find out from her and the embassy,that they have started and or completed our verification process!Last question,How do I correctly dial the number To the NSO,looking for Richard,to find out from the NSO,if they have recieved from the embassy any verification requests in our case and if so has it been done and sent back to the embassy already?Any help to Our questions would be from the heart,greatly appreciated,by the way My wife Bel has already confirmed with Delbros that they already recieve her fax of her recit,but nothing further,even after several attempts by me to contact them.Thanks in advance,and GODBLESS everyone in their journey to be with the one they love!!!!!!! NSO: 00632-926-7333 --------look for Richard.

DELBROS:00632- 339-2761 loc 104 ------ (document verification department) im not sure who is the incharge for now... before it was ROBBIE

MANILA EMBASSY:-----00632-301-2000 7 5184 or 5185 followed by the #key (this number can be reached from 7:30am to 5pm MANILA TIME) or you may try 5286300 loc 5184 or 5185 (this number can be reached from 8am-10am MANILA TIME) when it keeps on ringing and a machine operator picked up hit zero at once to make it ring again, hit zero everytime the machine operator picked up, as many times till you're able to talk to grace or lorraine.
