Thanks Everyone!!

We just came back from visiting her, she is so cute!!

4 weeks pics

I had a Malamute, which isn't too distant from a Husky.

You may be having fun now, but wait until the summers. Worse if you're in a hot climate.

Get the broom, vacuum, clippers, and scissors ready, as well as allergy medicine.

Oh, for sure, if dog hair bugs you, a husky is not the dog for you! but remember this is our second husky, we already have one that's 6 years old, so I've been through my fair share of sheddings. The good thing about Texas summer, is that it is hotter than Buenos Aires', so it makes her shed faster. It's like a hair bomb goes off in our living room! and then it's over. With all that, I love huskies and I love my dog very much and would not trade her for the world

Saludos,

Caro

I just love all puppies!

Caro...she's adorable and so is Anya, too. Hehehe, fortunately for doggies they don't have to do AOS. I hope you have a great time with her...huskies can be lots of fun. As for the shedding, our dog Sugar, sheds so badly in Tallahassee summers that one time we thought she had mange. We took her to the doctor all concerned and worried that something was wrong with her. The doctor begins to examine her and proceeds to pull her entire coat of fur off of her, he said, " your dog's fine. She doesn't have mange, she's just losing her undercoat.":rofl:

Siberians are one of my favourite dogs - your puppy is absolutely adorable! Yes, Anya should enjoy the companionship - they get along well with other dogs and the puppy should be fine growing up with the cats. Congratulations!

Would love to have all this... hahahaha I'm just curious, is there a special skill for raising a Siberian Husky at home? We have terrier at home here in my country and fiance` has Havanese. I want to have Siberian but a little scared to raise one because we might not the skills... Thanks...
