Many thanks to all ..my wife paid the AOS fee bill online, and the status now is 'PAID"did she need to wait for the AOS packet or download a form I864 and send it to NVC?

Many thanks to all ..my wife paid the AOS fee bill online, and the status now is 'PAID"did she need to wait for the AOS packet or download a form I864 and send it to NVC?

Since she paid the AOS online, there's a chance that she will not get an AOS package...and if she does it could be "tomorrow, in 4 to 6 weeks, or never...it's random".

The short answer is, YES she should download the I-864, and send it in with all supporting documents. Since she paid online, she can go to the receipt page and download the barcode cover sheet for the AOS package.

If they've accepted your COA, you should be able to pay the IV as well, and start on the IV package.
