Interview Experiance @ Chennai

My wife reached consulate by 7am,

permitted to enter only by 7.45am for all immigrant visa applicants.

after security checks reached the interview hall by 8.15.

called 1st by a mallu lady .... asked few questions like when was your marriage, was it the 1st marriage for both of u....

asked for DS230 & medical report, she returned financial support documents submitted at NVC. then she asked for our wedding fotos & invitation cards, and gave me a token, wished best of luck & asked me to wait until called by the 2nd interviewer..

called at 12.45, she was a nice lady looked at all the documents, asked basic questions like when was the marriage, was it the 1st in both families, how many people were there for the

function, when did your husband go to the US, where did he complete his education, where does he work now, how long did he stay after marriage, did he come again, asked about all members about both families and asked to show their pictures in the wedding album & finally asked about what i intend to do when I get there..... she returned all the originals & said I would get my visa in a week....
