We haven't got my oath letter yet so can't tell for sure, but during interview I asked the same question. The Local office where the interview was held will co-ordinate dates/time with the local district court and will notify me via mail.

I also called up the district court and they are not dealing with scheduling but just run the oath ceremonies for the local office.

My question was answered, we got the oath letter from the St. Paul field office.

In regards to voter registration, in WI, can do that the day before the election with new citizenship, but they already knew my wife has been a resident of this state for over four years, as her name is on the property tax bill and had a driver's license that long.
