Hey Everyone,

I need some help. I just got a checklist reply from NVC, and it states some missing/incorrect items.

First, on Item 20, it states that Item 20 was either skipped or had incomplete information. I know that i forgot to put "present" on the first line. I was wondering if i had to include the whole address too? The columns only state City, Provice, Country. Is that all i have to leave it at? Or do i need to have an address listed to? Please let me know.

Secondly, there was a checklist for I-864A stating to my Father (household member helping financially) "You as a household member have not provided proof of your relationship to the sponsor."

I do not understand what it is asking for. My dad's income tax transcript already has me as a dependent (listed as son). What other proof do i need to show? Do you think i should send in a translated copy of my birthcertificate from Iran (dad's country)? I have it, and it states on there that he is my dad. Or are they asking for some US documentation? Please help...

Thank you and hope to hear from some of you for some much needed assistance.
