Hi I am trying to figured it out how to fill this form and I need help. Excuse me if is a dumb question, but these forms are a nightmare. Here is the situation, I have two part time jobs and if a combined it I meet the requirements, but in the form I doesnt see how I can put the two of them. Someone knows something?

Is the I-184 i am doing the AOS we married two weeks ago after you done the K1

Let me explain a little bit, I use a cosponsor in my K1 but now my situation change and I meet the requirements because I have a part time job since January. I want to file by myself without sponsor. How can I include the additional job?

Do you mean the I-864?

Even if you meet the requirements now, if you got the job in January and it is not on your 2005 taxes, you may still require a joint sponsor. I had to use a joint sponsor for my I-864 because I did not meet the requirements per my 2005 taxes, even though I also began a job in January that would have qualified me to be the sole sponsor.

Explain the situation and provide the required information for both jobs on an attachment to the I-864. Then put the combined total income from employment on the I-864 itself.
