If I have AP on hand but no stamp on the passport after interview, can I travel to oversea before GC arrival?

I need a business trip right after GC interview.

You mean after interview, no stamp on your PP and you can travel abroad only with AP as AP is good for one year?

I am just afraid I can not get stamp on my PP at interview, and then I have to go on business trip right after interview.

If you have your AP but no greencard you can travel and re-enter the US.
