u know what's weird to me..

she's married and not annuled..

and she told u the petioner knows that she's married???

and yet the petitioner submitted the application???

i dnt think the guy is too stupid to petition her..

knowing the petition is for him to marry her.. :whistle:

Sounds weird too..i hope he knew whats going on!

Blinded by love? only him can tell..

Kawawa, I just want you to know I wish we all had friends like you! I respect and admire you for wanting to be there for your friend... Just like Roy and Yazi said, it would be to her best interest if she didn't go to the interview... Anyway, good luck with your interview! :thumbs:

I also wonder if the fiance knows of the existing marriage. If he does, he should know the Federal Govt does not like to be lied to...

proceeding this far has just caused a longer delay for them to be together.

Kawawa, I also wish you the best of luck with your interview. hopefully it will not be too much longer before you are together with your future hubby. :thumbs:

i know shes lying and had commit mistakes at first place, i dont know everthing about her, shes one of my aquintance during my medical, she keep texting me, how is she, how she feels, im just human and feel sorry for her!!!what can i do? i do blame her during our talks!!! i feel like im going to throw my tinidor to her!!!! coz like me im k1 too, for now, im trying to make her feel better, by what help you guys can offer her on the future!!!, im dont judge her i dont know her for real, i just known her based on what she shared to me!!!,

i dont even know is i can call her friend, but she was nice, oh well, lets face it, lets move on,

for those who try to help me here, tryin to help thanks!!!!

hi yazi, im ready. everything is ready, but everybody should be in hot seat. anyway my Fiancee will be with me, i hope they will allow him to be with me on my interview, some says petitioner is not allowed now, i just hope they will let him in....salamat

If the fiance' did know of her marriage then he needs this... :bonk: ... We all know how tough and hard this journey can be when you do things the right way! It's just hard for me to see how someone can get so close to being together and stuff like this happens...

It's just hard for me to see how someone can get so close to being together and stuff like this happens...

that's cos we've gone through the same process..

and we know how hard the journey is..

yes, we all gone through these process, i know and for sure i know the feeling, thats why were here, to help each other, to prevent some problems in the future, it feels good to help each other,

this topic may helps some other applicant on their applications, for sure were not perfect, we commit mistakes, and one is my friend!!!

its a lesson to her she need to know!!!

not all maybe some!!! i have my 45 years old fiancee, but sometimes he forget some things!!!, who knows the real story, just here to help her in some ways!!!

Ehem...not being an I, ME & MYSELF here but I want to know what you guys think of my situation... For those who has no clue about my previous post... my situation is like this. I have an annulled marriage when my fiancee filed a K1 petition for me. After the approval, when I was preparing for interview, I found out that I have an existing marriage. It was fake ofcourse, I didnt know about it. To make the long story short... I postponed my interview, filed for annulment and just recently the court declared it null and void ab initio. Now Im pushing through with my interview, armed with these court papers. So what do you guys think?

January 16, 2008 - sent I-129F (Vermont)

January 21, 2008 - NOA1

March 16, 2008 - NOA2

August 7&9,2008 - Medical K1&K2

August 21, 2008 - Paid document verification fee (P1,300)

August 27, 2008 - Interview

September 08,2008 - Document Verification request sent to NSO

Spetember 19,2008 - Document Verification done -sent back to US Embassy Manila

November 03, 2008 - Case under review

November 26, 2008 - VISA printed

November 28, 2008 - VISA in transit

December 02, 2008- VISA IN HAND

January 12, 2009 - Arrived USA, POE Los Angeles

January 21, 2009 - Got married

January 22, 2009 - Applied for SSN

February 10, 2009 - Went to Dr. Janet Pettyjohn for form I-693

February 11, 2009 - Sent our AOS packet to Chicago

February 12, 2009 - Packet received signed for by L BOX

February 22, 2009 - Received NOA1 for AOS, EAD & AP

March 17, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment

March 21, 2009 - SSN card arrived in the mail

April 6, 2009 - took driver's license exam and passed! (written and road test)

April 10, 2009 - Repeat Biometrics Appointment

April 14,2009 - Received AP documents in the mail

April 16, 2009 - Received EAD in the mail

SEptember 4, 2009 - GREENCARD received

not all maybe some!!! i have my 45 years old fiancee, but sometimes he forget some things!!!

true.. but i dnt think u would forget something like that..

i would understand forgetting dates and names..

but forgetting your SO is married or not.. i dnt think so..

it is a very important information.. IMO.. :whistle:
