-Once the NVC sends my husband the: DS3032 and afterwards the DS230

Does he have to fill them out and send them to me in U.S. so I can send them to the NVC or does he send them from his country ( Costa Rica) to the NVC?

OK I answered myself, since the petitioner( me) is going to be addressed as the agent, it is correct for the beneficiary ( my Husband) to send me the documents for DS230 and then I send them to NVC.

AVR system changed today and told me my case number and allow them 4-6 weeks to send me papers and it also said that they recieved my case yesterday.

Today is Thursday.

mine was approved on 1st August and these days when I check with AVR it says that my case was put on NVC system on 14th August and they give my case number but no IIN number

and they told that they have send packet to my lawyer..

so whats going to be next any idea?????

Hello Again. I called to see if they have changed my case number for new embassy and her respond was "NO" and I just ask if I can have my Invoice number and she gave it to me 8 digit. This was my second attempt.

I just tried to call and get the invoice number, but she would not give it to me. Plus she told me that I need to fill out the DS-3032 that they send me, not the one on the internet. :huh:

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

IVR/AVR still says "We received your case...."

even though,

We sent COA via email,

they've sent an email reply (not the automated one) that they've accepted COA

and operators confirmed they've generated both the AOS and IV bills.

Also, after about 20 tries and talking to day and evening supervisor, STILL can't get IIN.

I'm going to express mail the AOS payment, and if I get an IIN soon, I don't mind paying an extra $70 bucks to expedite this...I'd pay the $400 via mail if I could.

The thing is, I can always make more money, but I can't make more time.

WHY won't they give US the IIN?

We were together in London yestedary...and we both tried calling. Ironically, got the same operator.

Have heard excuses from "System down", "System doesn't work", "We don't give that out anymore", "The one we have doesn't match the one you'll get in the mail","It hasn't been generated yet". If there was a consistent response to my request, I might think they were actually being honest...but given these responses, I have to question credibility of the source.

Yeah, we received our NOA2 hardcopy the same day NVC's system registered our case.
