Tomorrow I am sending out both packages - I 864 and DS 230

My IV Fee Bill finally cleared today.

So now it is just " wait and See "...

That is exciting. We are looking forward to see KIMF's complete case at NVC...

I am calling my attorney tomorrow to make an appointment. I hope that everything will be ok and I can continue with the process

I mailed the da1mn AOS Fee bill on the 15th they still didnt take the money out my account ? Still havent received anything from NVC .

Hiii!!!

I spent a lovely days with my Husband in the Canary Islands!!! We had a wonderful Anniversaryyy!!!

And when I arrived yesterday to my Home, I had a Letter, hahahahahaha!!!

I have my Appointment Interview on Sept 24th, but I do not live in Madrid, and It is impossible to me to do my Medical Exam in one day (I need two days, one for the Exam, the other one to pick up).

Then, I had to call the Embassy and change the Appointment to Oct 1st!!

In Madrid They only have interviews on Wednesday!!!

I am happy for all of you, I saw so much improvements in my absence!!!

Could you tell me how did you send it to them? EMail? Mail? Fax?

Yeah but arent they suppose to send me the I-864 now so i can fill all that ish out and send it back to them?

I-864 doesn't need any kind of barcode or anything

My guess is that they will send you a reciept and barcode to send it along with your I-864 but meanwhile you should fill our the I-864 and I-864A yourself and with your sponser and have them ready so as soon as you get the barcode send it with all necessary dox.

Since my english has been improved talking to dr. ling Ling, I even feel confident about Spanish now after listening to this lady's voice all day long and not being able to talk to someone else.

Okay so i just got off the phone with one of the reps and asked them why they still didnt accept the AOS payment...

He said that they rejected it becasue I didnt include the fee bill in there, i mean I did cut out the paper and put it in there along with the check..but whatever..

he said that I should be getting the check and everything back this week, but i just paid online ...so now what do i do with the receipt page i've printed it? Do i have to send it along with any document or anything like that?

After hours of working on my Spanish, I could be able to reach Mr. operator.

DS-230 and AOS were entered into the system and allow us 2-4 weeks for processing

I asked about embassy change:

Here is the good news: You got a new case number and your embassy has changed to Naples, Italy from Ankara, Turkey. Now I can go to Padis afterward and meet with Ling Ring and Mimch.

Well, the operator tonight told me that my case is now awaiting interview date assignment which only takes place during the first two weeks of every month...so we missed October already. Don't know why they do this.

I just hope the interview date gets set and docs make it to Moscow before October 29th which is our K3 interview date since I'm hoping to get the embassy to change the interview from K3 to CR1. I guess I have to wait until Moscow has the papers in hand in order to even start that process.
