I paid the $70 AOS tonight. I also did screen captures so we can show everyone what it looks like. But I won't get around to blocking out my info until tomorrow or so.

Dear All!

Let me break the "bad news day" with my great news!!!

Just heard these magic "Case Complete" words!!!! As of Sept 12!

That IS a big relieve!!!! As you know I indeed sent a copy of Police Certificate, not the Original, and was worrying about possible RFE, also I finished filling DS230 at 3 AM, totally exhausted of doing that (writing and re-writing it, I spoiled 3 signed by my husband copies, and the one I sent was the last one, was worrying that my handwriting is ugly, and pen was just ordinary one...) So a lot of worries for nothing :-))))) Thanks God!!!

Do you think I have a chance to be scheduled for interview for October? Would be a wish come true for me!!!!

Congratulations,

I wish I was so brave so I could send my PCC copy instead of original because the original is not here yet. I will wait little longer, but my patient is over and I am going crazy.

YOu may get Oct, interview. Lets hope for the best.

Cheers

When you print the barcode sheet from payment website, you will see the address and to just make sure, read Loto's guide and use the cover letter from him.

DS-3032 is received? Good, you may be able to pay your IV fee soon. Maybe tonight.

Good Luck

nimche! Thanks for congratulations!

don't let yourself slip into despair. You always was able to find good points and help for all of us. Let me try :-)

Your PCC will probably show up tomorrow, but if not -it's also not a big deal. Even if you send it tomorrow-your case could be complete somewhere next week, and it's after their cutoff date for interview anyway. So , relax you definitely will have your interview in Nov, but now one more week or one less week does not really make a difference.

My timeline:

Nice Try!

Novermber? Well, eventually yes. But I am trying to push the senator to get me an early interview and they said they will do it, just waiting for my DS-230 to be submitted and they will take it from there.

Or if they don't, you are right i will be in Nov.

I am pissed off, because I paid this uselss lawyer to help us out, but he is an idiot. That brings more frustrations.

Thank you anyway

i always suggest to save the money you would have spent on an attorney and invest in a good lap top with cam and wifi internet..... way more effective to get the job done and you have somthing left over when your spouse gets here.

good luck!!

You are smart, I couldn't think of it.

Turkish consulate in Los Angeles said it will take about 2-3 months to get such a paper but you can go in person and get it in 3 days.

There is not possibility for us to go and that is why we paid this sun of the beach (ocean  ) to get it faster. He got our papers last monday and he has already mailed it (he said last thursday) but I am not very patient and that is why I am pissed + he doesn't have tracking number for his package.

BTW, I have a nice laptop  Genuine Dell from India.

So once i send out the DS-3032 by e-mail, do i have to send it by mail also?

Shpat, they contact you?For what?

Give you copy of DS-3032 in mail so you can mail it back? yes they will, about 10 days after they generated it and you will get it in mail.

Forgot to mention: You better off to send DS-3032 by overnight mail. Your choice dude

Congrats Olya on being our first case complete!

As for me...I'm unfortunately in the 'bad news' category. I got finally got through at literally 12am only to learn I have an RFE as my police certificate is 'unacceptable'. The rep said they want the RCMP one, whereas mine is from the regional police department. I don't get it...before I requested the certificate I asked on the Canada forums and was told that most of them just got the local department one and none of them have had any problems. Guess they just don't like me. :(

Sorry CHD, that is bad news. They should stop turtureing us. This is not fair.

I guess you should get one ASAP, exactly what they want to make your barcode cover sheet and send it in.

Shpat, point of email is to keep you happy or they will really going to accept it. In my case took them like 12 days to accept it but Ling Ling case, got accepted in couple of days. Mail is the safest of all and I think everyone should mail it as well as email. Auto response is good, it shows that they have received your email in their system but you will wait in line to get to a person who actually process the email into your case.
