On ds-230 says "Including my present marriage, I have been married ( ) times. She has never been married before and we put 1 in there. Is it 0?

People that already have filed this form, does it have any tricks that I should know by now?

Due to the way the question is worded you would put "1". Only other tricky one I can think of at this time is that if she doesn't know what exactly she will be doing for work when she gets here, you'll want to enter "Unknown" for the last part of question 22 where it asks "In what occupation do you intend to work in the United States?"

Yeah i got the invoice number now, and now my dad is like..oh are we obligated to become the agent? I'm like are you crazy? Its so much easier if i'm the agent..

sorry nimche i havent been on the forum lately..but yeah what should my next steps be if i follow the lottos guide?

Since they sent me an original copy of DS 3032, can i fax it to my wife she can sign and fax it back to me, or does it have to be the original copy i have to send?

my husband wanted to pay the AOS fee bill tonight.

When he logged in, there were two bills waiting to be paid - the AOS fee bill and also the IV fee bill.

Does it mean that our IV bill has already been generated? He didn´t ask me and paid both bills anyway.

You are good to go, it means that they have enetered your DS-3032 into their system. I guess sometimes on Tuesday you will have both of them showing as PAID.

Shpat, I have been telling you and trying to help but seems to me that you don't want to listen. You need to focus

1) You have your case number

2) You have your IIN

2.5) DS-3032 has to be filled out and overnighted to the center ASAP, do it fast.

3) You need to go online and pay your AOS fee

4) Have your sponset to fill out their forms and have them signed + all requeired documents which has to be submitted along with forms (Read Loto's shortcut)

5) next day or second day after your pay AOS online, it becomes as PAID. Print out the cover barcode sheet and send all AOS docs to the right address.

-- I-864 - All dox below, if you have sponser then + their dox

-----------1) Barcoded Cover Sheet (you will print out from web when your status is paid online for AOS bill)

-----------2) Completed I-864 signed

-----------3) Last 3 years tax transcipt (Call

-----------4) Original Employment Letter

-----------5) Copy of Paystubs for last 6 months

-----------6) Last 3 years W-2 and 1099 (any source of income) OPTIONAL

Same papers are requiered for the sponset + I-864A form

When you are done with these, come back

I am sending the hardcopy of the DS-3032 today... I just don't know how long the E-mail system is going to take... I will pay the $70 AOS fee on Wednesday when I get paid...

Print out the barcode sheet from WEB where you paid the AOS and put it as the first page of AOS package and send it out.

If you have tracking for your DS-3032, as soon as they got it, make sure you check online payment site to see if IV is available.
