Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent.

Does it mean that they accepted my DS-3032 Choice of Agent? I don´t have to mail the hard copy now.

Progress update: Today, I mailed out hard copy DS-3032 as the email version not accepted yet. Also hubby mailed out AoS package.

I paid my IV Fee Bill on 09/10/2008 and it was processed as paid on 09/11/2008.

I send my James' Shortcut generated DS-230 Coversheet, IV Fee Bill Coversheet, DS-230 Form (Filled and Part I signed), required materials (marriage certificate, birth certificate, passport biopic page photocopy. two 2x2 passport photos and certified police background check) to my wife via overnight UPS.

That's where I stand if you can update my progress that would be great, thanks.

EDIT: Opps I mis-read it as DS-230, I'm too exited to take the time to read things correctly, LOL. No just DS-3032 coversheet and filled out form is all you need. It's faster/easier to just send them an e-mail. Check Check out James' Shortcut for more info.

Oh yeah you need to send out a bunch of stuff with it. I am just trying to figure out if it accompanies the I-864 and documents or not.
