I'm sorry but I have yet another question on the DS 3032. It says to write the street address where the agent is going to receive the mail .

Does this have to be a physical address? Can it be a P.O. Box? I was on my way to Fed ex so it could be mailed out tomorrow when I noticed this.

I know you e-mailed your DS-3032, probably about 20+ times...lol...but definately mail the hardcopy as well...I remember reading someone's post about how the hardcopy was alot faster than e-mailing (I believe Nimche posted that) so I overnighted mine and the next day they accepted it and generated my IV bill, funny thing was the following day after that, I received a response accepting the one sent via e-mail...9 days after I sent it...good luck...

exact same thing happened to us.

I swear compare what we all have spent on USCIS, $16 is nothing. If it only takes 1 min. of my time away dealing with this people, I will go for it and pay the money.

Before I get addicted to VJ, I was on Immigrationportal.com and they had a great community for Citizenship but not for family iimmigration.

You guys have no idea what I have been thru with immigration to the point one day I felt I am in love with immigration(USCIS) logo on their envelops. Everytime I got one, I was so happy because I would think there is something in regard with my wife's case. but never ever any good things happened. I am the most unfortunate person when it comes to immigration. My immigration luck is zero.

I just try to stay here so I may be kind of help to any person who has some probelms with immigration because I don't want to see anyone has gotten stuck with this system and I don't want them to suffer and at the same time, I can flush my brain so I won't think as much on this.

It is good to be around you guys!

When do you generate barcodes and when don't you?

I understand the DS 3032. I did this one.

I 864? I have a barcoded Cover sheet from the Fee Bill

DS 230? iI know I have yo wait to pay the IV fee bill and that there will be a bar code on that cover sheet.

I-864 and DS-230 will have their own barcodes from the online website.

Only DS-3032 will have barcode making process and if you get an RFE if you want to respond fast, you can make your own barcode.

Barcode should be for the person who is responsible to enter you data into the system so they scan it before they do anything else so to my openion it should be the first page even before you cover letter.

1) Barcode sheet (dl from online)

2) your cover letter explaining the documents you are sending

3) forms and rest of evidense

KIMF, make sure you read Loto's instruction parallel to James shortcut it makes it more understandable.
