My BIG MISTAKE was I snail mailed my payment for AOS and have to wait for them to mail bar code, they will not post online. The good news is I paid IV bill online and could get bar code so I have sent my DS-230. So it looks like I have slowed my own paper work :crying: I am still happy things are moving right along

27 Dec First trip to China meet Lan

26 Oct second trip and get Married

12 Nov mail I-130

16 Nov Vermont gets I-130

1/24/08 NOA

8/15/08 NOA2 (CSC)

8/25/25 NVC received

8/25/08 IIN recieved

8/29/08 pay AOS bill snail mail

8/29/08 send DS3032

9/5/08 IV bill paid online

9/10/08 DS-203 mailed

9/16/08 AOS packed send

10/22/08 NVC case complete

got through to an operator this morning... the still have not entered my ds3023 from emailing it and getting confirmation the 6th (honestly didn't expect it to be)

and they have not decided yet on the consulate change uuuugghhh!

Now what? Ds 3032?

Do I have to wait until it says "PAID" on status?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Now you can either mail in your DS-3032 or have your wife email it using the format in the guides. Some get an email response very fast while other wait for 1-2 weeks, I myself had to wait 5 days for the email saying the accepted the choice of agent. You only need to wait for it to say paid so that you can send your barcoded cover sheet with your AOS. You can do the steps for DS 3032 now.

Ilya, you do not have to wait for "paid" to send 3032, they are not related. Send 3032 asap, you have to wait for "paid" only to print barcode cover page for sending 864.

It should change to "paid" in about 2 business days.

Are you drunk? Not AOS dude, but IV package.

Updates:

Lawyer got the PCC. He express mailed it over here. He alos had it faxed. I have the Fax copy but it is usless.

IV package goes out somewhere between MOnday to MOnday next week.

Note: I hate lawyer, they are just liers and they are not good for anything but garbage can. Immigration lawyers are the wrost specially the one do everything. $600 for piece of paper. He is such a #######, and he didn't even use DHL and he sent it through express turkish mail, it cost about $20 less. They are freaking morons.

As the rest have said:

Send your DS-3032 ASAP both email and mail.

Email template is in Loto's instruction and use that

Mail: Make sure to have the barcode in the dashed box on top of the form. I used Fedex sticky back paper to print the barcode on it. If I were you, I would overnight it before 3 PM.
