Its good to see everyone here is active and working on their case.

I had another night calling embassies and NVC and lawyer for Criminal Record from Turkey and all that. And I called NVC AVR this morning and it says that DS-230 has been generated and will be knocking on my door pretty soon.

I guess my AVR is very up to date.

BTW, my wife got an email respond for DS-3032 after 12 days. I see some people including LL got them earlier but I do understand a general timeframe for it.

Could you guys hang up so I can contact NVC. It busy :D

It might be little early for you to check AOS fee bill but it can be generated anytime during a day. Mine was always generated like 9:00 PM EST.

How many days did it take since they received your case at NVC to genarate?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

My life is going upside down again. Lawyer is throwing rock on our way with fee increase, now I have to argue with him.

NVC is totally idiot, they don't want to help or anything else. I need to change our embassy but they won't do it not they ask me to email the supervisor and see what she will do about it.

LL, she said again that don't send your DS-230 unless you have everything especially PCC

Shpat, where did you go, let me talk to your dad and explain the situation.

My IV bill appeared online before it appeared in AVR. I paid it before it was generated. So just keep checking. Issue for you is also that you can not send 3032 e-mail until it was generated, you can send but it will not get accepted. But you probably can mail it.

The operator told me that they have not yet finished scheduling interviews for October yet! Hopefully we'll get one of those slots! Will call back next week!

Paid wire transfer to the lawyer. I will have my PCC by next MOnday.

LL, I have some times to hang out till next Monday, we should meet up in Vegas till Ring Ring comes and my PCC comes.

Well that was my 10th try for IIN, still no luck.... dammit lol :angry:

I guess as our bill is already generated, it may be easier to wait for the post now. The woman actually said we have been told we are not allowed to give out that information anymore :(
