And I'm very grateful for it. However I don't trust the AVR to give me correct info, so anyone going by it probably has out of date information. Since I received my IIN I've been checking online every day to see if the AOS fee was invoiced. Yesterday it was, however this is not reflected in the AVR today.

How do you check if it was invoiced? I guess you need that IIN number and your case number?

Worst is to be at work and check all these through out the day to make sure you are not behind. I wish it was a little faster.

PS, someone said it before that they update AVR system on Tuesdays and Fridays? it that ture?

Yes, you log in with your case# and IIN. Both the AOS and IV fee bills will appear, but the status shows "Not Invoiced" It switches to "Not Paid"once invoiced (as mine did yesterday). Once you pay it online it changes to "In Progress", then "Paid" once the payment is processed. The unconfirmed AVR update days are Tuesdays and Saturdays as I recall.

Again those days aren't really confirmed. Just seems to be the pattern most people are noticing. As for the time, I called at 2am last Tuesday and the AVR was updated to reflect my case being received. I'm not sure if it updates right at midnight, but definately by 2am.

Hi All!

My update:

Today my "NOT Invoiced" status on online site changed to NOT PAID. I sure paid immediately!!!

However AVR is still saying :" Case not is in the system".

Question: Can I assume that DS3032 was also generated and send it finally off? Are AOS bill and DS3032 form generated at the same time?

I keep calling the AVR and it says that my case has not been received. I called and talked to an operator and he said the same thing. LOL my case would be the one that gets lost in the mail... USCIS is like that bum friend who owes you money... "It's in the mail"

It is sad, after all these pain from USCIS now its NVC's turn. I think I am wasting my time calling while earlier cases haven't got there.

We are in modern age and computer systems are all over the place. I don't know why they can't use electronic system.

With elec. system, no ones case get lost and everything will be alot faster.

I guess I am little over-active here.

I called NVC, he check my CIS case and said probably you just got approved and I said "last week"

He said it takes some time to get here max. of 90 days but in reality it doesn't take that long.

I asked him about embassy change and he said I need to look at your case before give you any advise. He goes"If I were you, I would call back next week to see if the case has arraived.

I will go back to my seat now
