But the IV Process Fee say not invoiced and has no amount . What does that mean?

Maybe its my browser?

But the IV Process Fee say not invoiced and has no amount . What does that mean?

KIMF, what if you chill overthere

You won't be able to pay the $400 till your DS-3032 is processed, drink some water while you are waiting.

I recommand you to mail your DS-3230 to them, as I have found it better. I mailed them and as soon as they got it, it was processed same day.

If it says that it has sent the Choice of agent and the affidavit of support then you can worry about why you cant pay it online, if it only gives your NVC case number you will have to wait a couple of days or so.

I emailed NVC request embassy changed on August 27th.

I have received an email back today stateing that my request is under review. It took them almost 10-11 days to respond to my email and that is the reason I urging everybody to have their DS-3032 mailed as well as email.

This is only based on my personal experience.

Our 1st bill was generated today so I just send DS-3032 via email. No auto response yet. I will also send paper version when I get it just to be sure (thanks for the tip nimche)

I am going to re-re-re send the email when I get home from work today... They block and access to email on the work computers, yet I am able to post on websites... it seems a little weird, but I am not complaining... I have a boring job and being on here makes the day go by faster...

No, They generate the AOS fee bill first. after you pay, usually in one or two days it will show as PAID. then you print out the cover sheet with barcode and include that with your I-864 package and send it in.

Note: I did send my DS-3032 express mail. I have lost so much money on immigration that $16 doesn't hurt anymore so I went ahead and paid for USPS express mail to make sure they have it ASAP to process this and day after (day they recieved it) they had it updated in their system. I think mail worked at least better for me that email. Apparently they don't have much of staff to work on emails and they are backlog with emails.

Keep us updated so at least I can track your process.

I called NVC and I swear she was eating stuff. I took 8 rings for her to pickup the phone and afterward, I was asking questions and she was going, ahan, ehem, yeh, no. Probably she was drunk or somthin.

No wonder you guys can't get your IIN. Now I have to call them again, such a waste of air time.

LING'L: I asked her about PCC and copy and she said it is OK, but make sure you have originals for embassy. I am not sure if my PCC is sealed or whatever but I try to have somthin for these ppl.

That is good atleast you have a interview setup already for Oct. Mine probably will got for Nov.

Police clearance certificate. Not all countries use this term, from what i have seen India is about the only place that I know that uses that term. Each country has there own requirements for what is accepted for police certificates. For Brazil you need 1 state police certificate for every state you have lived in since the age of 16 and 1 federal police certificate. Check with the embassy information for your country to know what they need or post a topic in your region in the regional forums.
