Nicole,

I thought about whether or not the auto respond works on the weekends or after hours but I have no idea.

Ling Ling, sorry for your wife being sick. Not only being seperated sucks, immigration in general sucks.

I hope all of us here soon have a solid paper to have our spouses with us. It has been 4 years for us that we are waiting to start our life, but yet we are waiting for that day and has been about 6 years since I have left her and yet we are still fighting. Hang in there bro.

Cheers

Tell us your story. How'd you meet, and how've you been able to keep it all together for so long?

met?

Well, we lived in the same neighborhood. I left the country for good by myself for a better future. lived in Europe for one year and then came here. we got marreid, and stayed in love. We got to see the life in a different perspective and point. So far really hard but figured ways to keep it up and work around hardships.

Phone was my friend and skype way to go. Dirt cheap on skype compare to all phone cards I have ever purchased.

Life got a different meaning to us, I can't explain it but its nice.

I just can't wait to start up our life for real. We have had rough times left and right but somthing you never can lose is your hope for a good future.

We all here havd had enough of this, from people who just got married and are waiting to people who have been married for long time and still waiting, but people cheer up because tomorrow is a better day for us and for our future.

I am happy to be here with you guys and thank you all for being here.

Is that it?

I though you are going to give me some sort of award or somthing. If I had my story told to Oprah, she would have given me a car by now.

BTW, I don't DL movies but they are the one who are doing it!

Somthin else here:

I am sick of this process for IV. The second PCC from Turkey is not ready and lawyer is following the procedure for it. I am going to call NVC tomorrow to see if I can send IV docs without the second PCC and take it to interview with me or as soon as the lawyer get the PCC fax it over to me and I will submit the copy of PCC.

What do you guys think?

OK...by proclamation of the supreme royal court the united nations of the official organization of visajourney forum junkies,

you are hearby awarded sainthood and knighthood, and shall from hence forth be known as Saint Sir Nimche the Good.

We're still working on the car thing....membership dues are a little behind, but we may be able to come up with a new pair of sandals by the end of the year.

Of course you'll have to pay $19.95 shipping and handling.

What do you guys think?

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt.

I asked them if I could do that, and they said NOPE.

You can send it incomplete, but you'll get an RFE, and delay your case.

Sorry dude...trust me..."I" feel your pain.

But just like the IIN, it doesn't hurt to keep asking...we can always hope for exceptions to the rule...just remember, you're dealing with government employees....if they could think on their own, they'd move up a step in the evolution chain and be physical education teachers.

Another note on PCC.

Most PCC are sealed...and not valid if opened by anyone other than a consular officer.

If they did let you bring the PCC to the interview, a fax wouldn't cut it.

Dear Saint Sir Nimche the Good,

If it's SEALED, how can you fax a cop to the Embassy?

Of course I'm just taking the government SWAG method on it being sealed.

He thinks he knows everything man, I'm just going to wait I guess and do the long process since that fool wont trust me. He thinks that we dont have to fill out the I-864 again because we sent it with the I-130.

When I mentioned DS forms that we can send them from here he was like, oh ds forms are for some other type of visa..I was okay. It's hard for me to talk to him because when I tell him this process how you guys are doing it here he said "those people have different cases"

so take my name off the spreadsheet man....i'm not gonna come here anymore because I'm just getting depressed by the day.
