Im still waiting for 1st bill to be generated :clock:

Ive noticed on the spreadsheet so far its an avg of 5 working days so hopefully not too far off... :unsure:

Yeah I am waiting for mine to be generated too, it has been over a week now, I am going to call and talk to an operator today.

I have no right to even be worried cause i was just approved on the 3rd and touched on the 4th(yesterday) which i guess is when my case was sent to NVC but i cannot help but wanting to call and check. :devil:

Now i have gotten what i want but i am still impatient. :wacko::blink::bonk::dancing:

Yeah I am waiting for mine to be generated too, it has been over a week now, I am going to call and talk to an operator today.

Good idea. I read somewhere that the AVR message should change when it's generated but it's not always reliable. When I called Wednesday the woman said it may not be generated for another 4 weeks so I shouldnt be so impatient (obviously I got a grumpy one lol)

On a related note, my husband is concerned we shouldn't call the operator too often as they will note it down every time. Does anyone here know if this is true? (when I worked in a customer service centre we did this, so i wouldnt be surprised) And if so do you think it could negatively impact on a case? :unsure:

lol Mrs Rowe I completely know what you mean, ours took only 3 days to transfer so hopefully your will be there Monday :thumbs:

Submitted docs for AOS ...but ,very unfortunately, my husband had to return back to Ukraine due to emergency without travel document (AP)

i am not sure if they note it cause they always confirm my phone number etc... and they act as if they are the first to get my question....

Have they approved your request for changing embassy? I emailed them on Aug 27th and no news so far and I mailed it yesterday. I hope they decide on this ASAP or I may have to move to Maryland...

I just called NVC and the AOS fee bill and DS 3032 has been generated but she would not give me the invoice number, she was real nice an polite.

I'm not sure how I could be more upset than I am now.

I've worked my fcuking @$$ off on this damned visa, and getting it moved through as efficiently as possible.

It's been the only damned thing I've been focused on for fcuking MONTHS.

Now, when we're virtually close enough to smelling the ink drying on the visa.

Now, when we already had an interview date setup....ahead of the fcuking case complete.

After being delayed because of the PCC. After having changed agreed upon dates when Ring Ring would come home.

TODAY I hear that her last day of work will NOT be Oct. 2nd (Our first anniversary), but her last day of work will be Oct. 22nd.

Why? Why? WHY? Because when she signed her resignation papers, she did it in ballpoint pen, instead of a FCUKING

FOUNTAIN PEN. She needs her passport for work...so NOW the earliest interview date is Oct. 27th.

Yesterday it seamed like there was no way she wouldn't be home in October. TODAY it seams there's less than a 5% chance

that she will be here before November.

I am NOT happy. NOT AT FCUKING ALL.

I am STEPPING AWAY FROM THE FCUKING COMPUTER.

Is NVC open on weekends?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

what are their hours?

NVC is not open on weekends, at least that is what they say. The hours for a live operator is 7:30 am to 12 am Monday through Friday. The automated system is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week
