so now that i've got a case number but no invoice number what should i do? Because the lady says they'll send instructions in 4-6 weeks and I dont feel like waiting that long ??

Vermont Service Center:

11-23-2007: I-130 Sent

01-25-2008: I-130 NOA1 Received

08-26-2008: I-130 NOA2 Approved

NVC:

09-02-2008: NVC RECEIVED CASE

11-19-2008: CASE COMPLETE

Ahhhhh NOW you want an IIN????

What do you think this is, the number a day club?

Some people are never satisfied. :lol:

You have at least 3 choices.

1. Do nothing.

2. Start calling like a maniac until you get the IIN (it will happen...but not before your DS3032 is generated)

3. Quit your job now, move to the West Coast with Nimche.

While you're at Nimche's house, he will help you get your IIN...the sooner you get there, the sooner he can help.

And everyday around 4:20 you can go outside and climb trees (did I mention he lives in Cali?).

Now you know what to do sir. :)

YES....if you've got access to her account, then you can send the DS-3032 from her account.

But remember...until it's been generated...you'll be emailing into a black hole.

Best to wait until an operator can confirm that they've generated the DS-3032.

If I get my Case number today, when should I call to get my II?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Shapt, YES, You can call and ask them if the DS-3032 is generated!!!!

And You can also ask if they send you the DS3032 and the I-864 Bill!!! (and if they do, you can ask when)

My husband never obtained the IIN by phone!!!
