Nimche....might be a good idea to send you COA again....now that your DS3032 has been generated :)

Ling Ling, good that you asked and I won't ask. I have it ready with barcode but do I have to include any letter of explaination? or should I only mail that one sheet of paper? It has been signed by my wife and barcode is shining on top of it.

Barcode is printed on FedEx paper (sticky back) and works great and look awesome.

They may contract me for sending barcodes out for NVC

Send the COA email again...and also send the hardcopy you created. No explanation needed, just needs to indicate your name and address as choice of agent.

Remember, all e-mails to NVC must be formatted with "NVC Number - Beneficiary Name - Beneficiary Date of Birth - Petitioner Name - Petitioner Date of Birth"

Any word on the guy getting the PCC for your wife?

Keep on rockin' and rollin'

AOS and DS3032 generated Sept-03

I emailed the DS3032 about a week ago, should I send another or could that cause problems?

Time to get the IIN. This is a pain w/calling cards (I am in Peru). is there any other way?

Email the DS3032 AGAIN. Since you emailed it before it was generated...it probably got tossed out. There's just no place to put stuff they're not ready for.

Download Skype (http://www.skype.com). Skype allows you to make international calls very cheap. No monthly fee...just load up $10 worth from a PayPal account.

All you need is a microphone and speakers (or headphone is better) connected to your computer. Probably cost you .03 cents per minute.

When will you all request the letter of employment. I wanted to do this today.

Greetings MrsRowe...aren't you the hussy that USCIS was always TOUCHing

Welcome to NVC and our little group.

Personally, I don't have the luxury of being employed...but I'd suggest you get your letter and everything else ready.

Unlike USCIS, things can go really fast around here.

I think getting your PCC and other docs should be priority #1

Our fearless leader, Nimche, thinks the IIN is the Holy Grail of NVC.

Check post #293 in this thread for information on initial timing at NVC.

Again, welcome and good luck.

Well, My wife sent her documents (DHL) and it should be there tomorrow. He said it will take him 48-72 hours but again we hit the weekend :D

I guess next week sometimes he should mail these papers to me.

COA email for you took 9 days to get opened in NVC that is a long time. And NVR doesn't say about generation of DS-3032 but I will express mail this paper since it is ready.

How are you doing with PCC? any news? I can't wait to see my case is done in NVC.

Something else that I have been waiting for is my embassy change request. I emailed it and have not got anything back whether or not they accepted it. Operator said probably by Friday they may look in to it.

I should at least be greatful, I can call NVC and talk to someone who knows what is s/he doing.

Well after a whole bunch of attempts to get through to the Operators at NVC, My fee bill is still not generated and therefore no IIN yet.

I will try again later. :crying:

I am now with my husband in Costa Rica but I will have to go home soon because of my pregnancy, this really sucks and it I don't know how we are going to make it economically. I don't know what to do, I guess there is nothing I can do except hope and wait for something to happen. I'll just continue to study the process and make sure all my documents are complete.

Shpat, did you try to talk to someone over at NVC? Mine didn't come to AVR system two days after I got my case number from the operator. BTW, KOSOVO is in your profile now? Nice!!!! :D

@LL,

Where did they send the COA email sign of NVC received and processed it? To your email or your wife's?

Thank you

Choice Of Agent, DS-3032 which has to be signed by your wife. Basically tells NVC that you are responsible for all the paperworks from DOS and your are your wife's agent. Being an Agent makes you able to pay for IV fee online

So I cant even get my case number, automatic system said they dont have it. But operator might? And when Do I send Ds 3032 email?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!
