It took 2 weeks from Approval to arrival at NVC. Your case should be getting there any day now. Good Luck!

Mine took 1 1/2 day to get in NVC ..approved on 8/11 arrived NVC on 8/13 . got case number on 8/13/08

Nicole, that is sad. I am sure Ling Ling tried so many time and got it and you will get it too.

I was in the webpage which you pay AOS fee, It says that it is not invoice but since I am little desprate to pay ASAP, I keep refreshing the page.

Haha, while I am doing this refreshments page jumps to someone else's case in 1998 and AOS is still pending and IV bill hasn't been generated.

They told me to wait 2 to 4 weeks for any new information. They said they just received the case last week so they will not have anything in their system yet, which contradicts all that I see on this board, because most have been able to get IIN like the day after NVC got the case.

Have a look at post #293 in this thread. It may explain why they don't have your IIN yet.

Regardless, don't give in. Like Nimche said...it took me a LOT of calling.

Don't give up on trying to get your IIN NICOLEX08, KIMF and everyone else who hasn't done so...right after they say "how can I help you", without hesitation, Just say "I would like my Invoice Identification Number" and thats it...don't say "can I..." or "I was wondering if..." or "I would like it for my records" etc...that seemed to work for me, and I'm usually not the lucky type when it comes to stuff like this...funny thing was, when I first heard her voice, I thought to myself, Oh boy, she doesn't sound like she is having a good day and there is no way she is giving me my IIN...Keep trying...GOOD LUCK

Almost forgot I paid our AOS bill online...strange thing happened too, I entered all my bank info etc...clicked pay and then clicked continue to receipt...that is where strange comes in, it showed someone else's receipt of them paying their IV bill X 3 ($ 1200) my first reaction was "OH NO" immediately called NVC and got busy tone of coarse...clicked the back button and it showed my receipt, "THANK GOD"...selected the option of emailing the receipt to me and signed off...checked my email and downloaded the receipt, opened to view it and it was another persons receipt "OH NO"...signed back on NVC and it showed payment status of "in process" THANK GOD...anyone else have something simular happen like this when paying online???

They have been saying this since they started working. I feel there are some problems with online system and it doesn't feel very stable but still in a good working shape.

I hope it will stay as this.

Well even though it freaked out once (after I paid both fees) and showed someone else's record....

I just received my bank statement, and I was only charged the expected fee....and an NVC operator

confirmed that they received all fees.

You do know they either contracted the site design to the lowest bidder or to someone's golf buddy...

probably paid 3x or more than they should have...and as we see...there are GLITCHES in the Matrix.

The good news is, it's providing some entertainment value for Nimche while he waits for his

fees to be generated
