Hi everybody,

my husband finally got our NVC case number yesterday. The live operator told him that they would generate the DS-3032 Choice of Agent and AOS bill at the end of this week. They didn´t give him the IIN number.

What should I do? Should I wait until they generate DS-3032 or should I send it by e-mail today?

Never heard of an operator saying end of this week . They usually say 4-6 weeks.

You should get your IIN as soon as you can so when they generate your AOS package you can pay the fee online instead of waiting to get the IIN in mail.

Everybody's project before the DOS package should be obtaining IIN.

I think it will answer many of your questions.

As Nimche said, I've never heard an operator say "End Of Week". That's very cool.

I have already read everything in this thread. I just wanted to make sure I am doing it right. I wanted to wait until the DS-3032 is generated.

I already have ALL required documents including my PCC and BCC but I can´t use them.

Just looked at your timeline...it won't hurt to send the DS-3032 now...there's a good chance they've loaded your case...remember the AVR is not reliable at all

...BUT you should keep sending it until you get an acceptance e-mail.

NOTE- acceptance e-mail is different from the automated reply. You'll be able to see the difference.

OK since you have have all your paperwork lined up...as soon as you know they've generated the DS-3032 (as well as the AOS fee bill)

you can start trying to get your IIN.

PCC and all the rest are important but they should be part of pre-process not post process.

I have admited that I didn't do a right thing by not having my PCC ready by now, even I am still awake 1:30 morning to talk to this lawyer but that is my fault.

Priority:

1) All people here, first read Loto's Guide before wash your face in the morning and make sure you have everything ready and all the docs specially evidence requiered ready to go without any delays

2) get your IIN ASAP

3) Deposit $250 to Ling Ling's bank account if you feel lucky, if you don't skip to step 6

4) go to bed

5) nothing

6) follow the rest of us

Now, I will return to where I came from(bed)

Do I have to write the date of the payment or the day when the status said "Paid"?

Maybe it is a silly question, but I do not want to write a wrong date!!!

Our status online from the I-864 bill is "In process".

Today (2008/09/03) I saw (online) that the IV Bill is generated. I assume that my Husband can pay this bill, too!!

Most people just put in the day they paid the AOS/I-864 Fee Bill.

I don't think it makes any difference. On the payment page you will have to put in bank info (routing # and account #) each time you pay. So I guess you can use different accounts for each of the two payment.

If this is what you are asking. Or you want to pay bills with combination of funds from different account? Each bill payment - 1 account to pay from.

I am happy because NVC is not working in the same way as USCIS!!

Nimche, NVC do not tell us anything about the Expedite Request, maybe We do not need it!!!

I am happy with the improvement in our Case!!!

My husband has all the documentation prepared for this process in NVC!!!
